06 - Bernardino Pass

07 - mountains in haze

It was the first day when we could do some more flying. We found an instructor from Corona that was available for several hours. We took off from Corona and flew to Palmdale over the mountains. On the way back we flew over San Bernardino Pass, did several touch and goes at San Bernardino airfield and came back to Corona. After this flight I had 7.9 hours logged in Cessna 206. I needed to fly another 7.1 in the next 2 days to satisfy the insurance company requirement of 15 hours of C-206 time with CFI.
